Policies/Procedures

This committee is responsible for preparing written office, personnel and committee policies and procedures. Increase the effectiveness of the Chamber through strategic, leadership and communication training.

Community Outreach

This committee is responsible for reporting on Openings, as well as Grand Openings of new businesses in the Airport Area, Main Street Events scheduled, etc. This will allow the AACC visibility and attendance at the events.

Marketing

This committee is responsible for the marketing plan that incorporates the development and maintenance of the Chamber's website, distribution of written communications and placement of public relations articles.

This committee is responsible for increasing the value of Chamber membership through the development and implementation of quality and cost effective benefits.

Finance

This committee is responsible for preparing a comprehensive budget for the Board of Directors that reflects the total income and expenses of the Chamber. In addition, the committee establishes standard bookkeeping procedures, conducts an audit of the Chamber books annually.

This committee is responsible for the growth and retention of the membership. This committee encourages participation at meetings and the beneficial involvement of the members.
